Zheng is a Research Associate at the Institute for Quantum Computing, University of Waterloo. His areas of research are quantum impurities, low dimensional systems, topological insulators and superconductors. Zheng received his bachelor’s in physics at Peking University, and his master’s in condensed matter theory at the University of British Columbia.
